Presson Oy was in charge of the final audiovisual design and implementation of Paulig Ltd’s new roastery in Vuosaari in 2008 and 2009. The audiovisual environment of the building was upgraded and modernized in 2012 and 2013.
First, the building complex project included approximately 20 areas of very different varieties, but since then, the number has risen to more than thirty. A round of updates was carried out in 2012 and 2013, where all the presentation solutions of the meeting rooms and the video wall in the lobby were upgraded. The only section that has retained its original purpose is the Paulig museum.

The Paulig lobby is equipped with a 10-meter wide video wall that consists of 55-inch displays with a slim body. The elegant and impressive result will not go unnoticed by anyone.
The Paulig Institute, the roastery’s training kitchen, is equipped with an AV system that includes four PTZ cameras, a projector, a microphone and PA system and two additional displays to ease and record the work performed by the trainers. Recording is enabled by Crestron’s HD-Capture Pro equipment. The technology can be controlled with two wireless touch panels and a wired control panel with push buttons as a back-up solution.
The auditorium is equipped with an 8-meter screen that shows a complete image projected by three projectors. The projectors are mounted to racks with an elevator mechanism.
The Paulig museum was equipped with an AV system that complements the concept. The six-projector system uses individual local sound reproduction at different presentations.
The entire Paulig AV system can be controlled remotely with an AV router and a timed AV management system.
All meeting rooms feature Presson Interface cable interface systems. The solutions include table-mounted and mobile models that are intended to make the conference rooms elegant and user-friendly. All cables and remote controls needed to be removed from tables and the floor by hiding them into the cable interface systems hidden under lids in the table. The change was welcomed very well.
